Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment with less than a 24-hour notice will result in being billed for the full cost of your missed appointment unless it is due to an illness or emergency. This time cannot be used for another client, therefore the full session fee will apply. You are responsible for payment of your previous session, 48 hours prior to your next appointment, or your appointment will be cancelled, and the full session fee will apply.
